WHY THIS EXISTS
Caregiving is isolating by design.
The people around you either rely on you, or they don’t fully understand. So you carry it quietly, and you start to believe you’re the only one struggling this much. You are not. There is an entire generation of working professionals doing exactly what you’re doing — and almost none of them are talking about it either. This is the room where that changes.
THE FOUR WEEK
From drowning quietly to a plan you can keep
WEEK ONE
Where You Actually Are
Before anything changes, we tell the truth about what you’re carrying.
- The Caregiver Capacity Assessment
- Naming the burnout honestly
- The permission conversation you've been avoiding
WEEK TOW
Building Your Team
You were never meant to be the whole care team by yourself.
- Care team structure — who does what
- Real delegation, not wishful thinking
- Distributing the invisible load without guilt
WEEK THREE
Protecting Your Career
Caregiving shouldn’t cost you the work you’ve built.
- Disclosure strategy — what to say at work, and to whom
- Non-negotiable recovery time
- Your professional limits framework
WEEK FOUR
Sustainable Caregiving
A plan that survives contact with real life.
- Your 90-day plan
- Your personal care team blueprint

QUESTIONS
Honest answers
Why is it $397?
Because this is the founding cohort. Every group after this one is $497. You’re getting the same four weeks, the same materials, and the same follow-up — at a lower price, because you’re going first and your feedback will shape what comes next.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens, and caregiving especially. Sessions are recorded for the group, and the community channel stays open between weeks so you can catch up and still be part of the conversation.
Do I have to talk about my situation?
Never more than you want to. Some people share everything, some mostly listen. Both are welcome. The one thing I ask is that what’s said in the room stays in the room.
Is this therapy?
No. I’m a registered nurse, not a therapist, and this is practical caregiving support — assessment, planning, delegation, and career strategy. If something comes up that needs a therapist, I’ll say so and help you find one.
Can my employer pay for it?
Often, yes — many employers cover caregiver support or professional development, and eldercare benefits are becoming more common. Ask us and we’ll send you something you can forward to HR.
What if I'm not sure it's right for me?
Book a free 15-minute call. I’ll tell you honestly whether the group, the one-on-one session, or neither is the better fit for where you are.
You've been carrying this alone long enough.
Four weeks. A room of people who understand. And a plan you can actually keep.
